「其余的一切，皆会映入眼帘」金秋雨 写真个展

记忆总是由清晰与模糊的片段组合而成的，我们常常会以清晰的记忆来定义某个阶段的状态。
在漫长的人生中，记忆里一定会有很多空白阶段，这些空白阶段让我们产生无尽的幻想，仿佛这段人生不完全属于自己。我们试着用幻想的片段连结已经拥有的记忆，试着幻想身边的人事物有着怎样的故事，试着幻想用“好的”事情去填补记忆的空缺，试着幻想和想要亲近的人拥有更多的往来。
我们从书籍、音乐、绘画、图片、电影、城市传说等等方面得到各种灵感，期待着在自己的空白记忆中发生过一些跌宕起伏的事情。
因为空白是可惜的，是想要恢复的，是想要用它把人生变得更加丰富充盈的。
这次个展，作者金秋雨用写真、文字和物品将自己清晰与模糊的记忆片段再现，我们试着通过这些信息读取她的记忆，也有可能构成了自己的记忆。

Memory is made up of fragments, some vivid and others blurred. We often use our clearest memories to define the state of a particular period in our lives.

Over the course of a long life, there are inevitably stretches of blankness in our memories. These gaps give rise to endless imaginings, as if those parts of our lives did not entirely belong to us. We try to connect the memories we already possess with fragments of fantasy. We imagine the stories behind the people and things around us. We imagine filling the gaps in our memories with “good” things. We imagine having shared more moments with those we wish to be close to.

We draw inspiration from books, music, paintings, photographs, films, urban legends, and countless other sources, hoping that something dramatic and extraordinary might have happened within the blank spaces of our own memories.

For these gaps feel like a loss. We wish to recover what is missing, to fill these spaces and make our lives richer and more complete.

In this solo exhibition, artist Jinyu Jin reconstructs fragments of her memories, both vivid and blurred, through photography, text, and objects. As we attempt to piece together her memories from these traces, we may find ourselves forming memories of our own.
